Children's Ministry Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Matthew 19:14 We believe that children are a unique gift from God. Our children's ministry is dedicated to helping children grow in a safe, nurturing environment. We desire that they not only know of God, but also know Him personally, and be a Godly influence in their world.
The Ark Nursery Nursery is provided Sunday mornings during Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. and for the 10:30 a.m. Worship Service for ages 4 weeks to 3 years old. Our goal in the Nursery is to share God's love with every child through our care, prayers and teachings. In this way, we minister to the entire family. Sunday School Sunday School is provided for all children - Preschool and Kindergarten, Elementary - ages 6 years old through 10 years old, and a new "Tweens" classs for 11 years old through 13 years old. Children's Church At the Sunday, 10:30 am worship service, children attend worship for the first half of the service. After the Children's Message they are excused for their own Children's Praise and Worship time. Special Events Children are invited to participate in a variety of fun and seasonal activities throughout the year, such as our annual Easter Egg Hunt, VBS, and various fun activities, such as a trip to the movies.
